How do I place an order?
If you have chosen a favorite sporting goods, then click “Add to cart”, and it will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. You can then continue to select products in our online store as needed. If you have already completed the selection of goods, then proceed directly to checkout.
How can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we cannot add or remove items from your order.
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but in case there is a problem, we gladly offer easy returns.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been placed. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Feel free to contact us direct with any questions via Contacts page.
Can I track my order?
Every order will be given a delivery tracking number, which will be included with your order dispatch notification email. Simply click the link and all available tracking information for your order will be displayed.
What I have to consider in the process of order?
When ordering, specify the actual phone number and shipping address in your account, otherwise the carrier will not be able to reach you and your order will be canceled. Depending on the size and weight of your goods as well as the delivery address specified in your account, you will be offered the available delivery methods. The term of delivery and the cost of courier delivery is calculated automatically by the system depending on your address, weight and size of your order, and the courier company that delivers to your region.
