Returns / Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from the sairus.myshopify.com . If for any reason you’re not happy with any of the items, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange.

Kindly contact us via email sairus8311@gmail.com before you return or want to exchange your order.

Exchange: We always aim to provide best quality products. However, if you receive a product with not-perfect design on it (blurred, design has white outlining, not centered, etc.), kindly contact us as soon as possible for resolving the issue.

You can return the by sending them back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping or other charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with the original packing slip to insure full credit.

After 30 days the goods will be deemed to have been fully supplied. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service within 10 days of delivery by email sairus8311@gmail.com.

Please supply customer service with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. Customer service will also need your e-mail address and phone number.

sairus.myshopify.com will make every reasonable effort to support you in a timely manner. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • We only refund if the items are defective or damaged.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
